Overcome mental fatigue; Recent research has shown that there has been an increase in the reporting of burnout, stress, mental fatigue, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and depression since the pandemic.

It’s safe to say we all expected that to be the findings, but one of the major thing that sticks out for me, is that we are so hyper-focused on this crisis known as COVID19, vaccinations, hand washing, social distancing that we could easily lose sight of the crisis that is brewing in the shadows, and that’s the Mental Health crisis where most of the times how to overcome mental fatigue can solve the damage created by this pandemic.

THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL NEED

If we don’t start right now putting infrastructures in place to support teams, organizations, staff, your family, and most importantly yourself, that when this dust finally settles we are going to be left with massive destruction as it relates to our country’s mental and emotional well-being.
