Boosting confidence and resilience in kids with these 4 tips on how you can build self-worth in children by helping them feel they can handle whatever comes their way and by helping them KNOW that they are ok to be who they are!

It’s funny how kids learn so quickly. Their brains are literally like sponges, so right from birth, they learn new skills and information at a very fast pace. So they are getting a lot of messing at a very early age that teaches them how to interact in the world. And with getting those messages and learning those new skills and abilities they also acquire the confidence to use them.

As children get older, that confidence can be just as important as the skills themselves. They are our future. We want them to feel capable, feel confident, and use their skills and knowledge for good.

Check out the first part of our show how our 7 years old guest Nina introduces herself. She’s seen and heard my show before and she knows I normally introduce my guest, but she made it clear to me that she wanted to introduce herself.
