About Juontonio Pinckney, founder of “Professionals Beyond the Game”
Juontonio has a deep passion for talent development and helping people bring out the best in themselves and others. He is the founder of two companies located in Fort Mill, SC, Professionals Beyond the Game and Titanium Ops LLC.
Juontonio gained more than 20 years of experience in the education and financial technology industry encompassing HR consulting and training, international financial services, portfolio management, public school administration, and school counseling. Prior to starting his own businesses, Juontonio served as a nonprofit executive responsible for leading the implementation of new programs and services.
Juontonio holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and Educational Leadership from Winthrop University. As an undergraduate student-athlete, he was a four-year letterman, co-captain, and member of the two-time Big South Champion Men’s Basketball team. He earned his MBA from Wake Forest University and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM), and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Juontonio and his wife have a son and a daughter. Juontonio loves spending time with family, traveling, and officiating basketball.
