We are truly in a state of crisis as it relates to mental health in America right now and it’s not going anywhere. It’s been here for quite some time and it’s getting louder and louder and the real question is…Are we listening?
Another question, I often ask myself as a licensed mental health clinical and mental fitness consultant is do we even know how to assess how we’re doing from a personal mental health perspective, let alone being able to recognize a mental health concern or emergency in our loved ones and others?
It’s time to talk about mental health and go a little deeper into some of the questions and signs that you can ask yourself so that you can begin to make it a habit of checking in on your mental health.
