February is Heart Health Month. This is a very special month to take the time to recognize not only the importance of heart health but the factors that can contribute to heart disease and heart-related concerns.

The American heart association also recommends that as a part of our preventative screening for heart health we do a depression inventory because the link between depression and heart health is so strong.

Research shows there are so many factors negative and positive that can influence our cardiovascular health.
