If you are dealing with grief and loss this holiday season, I am going to add a tip for you in hopes of helping you through. I’ve said this before but this applies to me now more than ever. You never know how you are going to handle a situation until you’ve been faced with it.
If you’re dealing with grief and loss this holiday season, I want to say to you, give yourself permission to be where you are right now. Let me repeat that, Give yourself permission to be where you are right now.
My quick tips on dealing with the unexpected emotions that can pop up when dealing with grief and loss this holiday season is giving your self permission to be where you are and check on your friends and family. If you or someone you know has lost a loved one, check-in with them. Let them know, that they are not alone and that they can talk to you.
