Mental health is something that everyone has and it is just as important as our physical health. And just like there are things that we can do to take care of our physical fitness.

So on today’s show, we are going to talk about Creating a Mental Fitness Toolbox. And joining me via zoom is my friend, who also happens to be an amazing clinician in the Mental Health field, Yolanda Bartow a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of a place for peace, located in Charlotte NC.

Yolanda has dedicated her career to assisting people in becoming their best selves. She received her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work from UNC Charlotte. She is a certified Reiki Master practitioner and yoga instructor.  And she has supported people in their quest to work through mental health issues, common life struggles, and decision making to accomplish their goals for over 20 years. As you see she comes with a wealth of knowledge and expertise! Yolanda thank you so much for all you do for so many and welcome to the show!!
