Stop looking at what we don’t have, and start looking at what we do have! We need to adopt the mentality that we are going to leave this quarantine healthier than we came in. That should be in every area of our lives. With our mental, physical and emotional health, relationships, our value, and appreciation of time and things. I want the mental fitness matters community to set a goal that we will leave this quarantine healthier in every area of our lives than we came into it.
The opportunity that we have all been given with this time to isolate and stay at home, for those who can is to begin focusing on our health. Nutrition, exercise, doing this to reflect, and quite your mind. And on today’s show, we are going to talk about the benefits of our immune system, which is the body’s multi-level, intelligent, defense network which helps our body defend itself from all potentially harmful bacteria, viruses, and other organisms.
