Town of Cornelius PARC Department Guest Speaker for Black History Month Celebration

The Town of Cornelius PARC Department is pleased to announce that Tracy Alston will be the guest speaker for this year’s Black History Month Celebration. Ms. Alston is a mental fitness consultant, a licensed professional counselor, board certified in biofeedback and neurofeedback by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, a radio host for the Mental Fitness Matters show on WSIC radio station, and the Founder and CEO of New Mentality, P.C. and Mental Edge Fitness Solutions, Inc. She is passionate about community matters and says that she has dedicated her career to helping individuals, professionals, athletes, teams, and companies to mentally perform at the highest level.

Join the Town of Cornelius PARC Department and the Smithville CommUNITY Coalition for the annual Black History Month Celebration on Saturday, February 1, 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Cornelius Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Avenue. In addition to Ms. Alston, attendees will enjoy musical performances, an art exhibit, children’s activities, and refreshments. This event is free and open to the public.
