I developed BREATHE IN, MIND ON@ because not only have I noticed the power of breathing in my personal life, but I want people to have access to a tool that they can use to optimize their physical and mental performance with just 3-5 minutes of practice a few times a day.
Personally, learning how to breathe properly has enhanced my intuition and creativity, which, for me as a business owner is priceless. It has increased my ability to remain calm, focused, and better able to access the zone when I need it most and has improved my overall health and
wellness. Professionally, from working with athletes, executives, students, people suffering from anxiety and trauma, and people just looking to find a sense of peace and calm in their lives, I’ve seen first-hand the impact breathing has on a person’s life and overall performance.
